If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and United Financial Group with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between the parties.
